* Main tasks and responsibilities- Receive and direct visitors and customers
- General office tasks, including photocopying, fax and e-mail
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments and supervisor travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
* Education and skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
